DELIVERY COSTS
We offer FREE delivery within Singapore.

Due to significantly increased International postage costs, we are no longer able to offer free delivery to other destinations. We hope to reverse this change when the postal situation returns to normal / pre-covid costs.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure you can enjoy our product as soon as possible. All orders are shipped using third party carriers so delivery times are dependent on the carrier, destination, and customs processing.

** IMPORTANT ** :  DUE TO GLOBAL COVID-19 DISRUPTIONS, WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES ARE SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER THAN USUAL BECAUSE OF LIMITED POSTAL FLIGHTS/SERVICES. WE SINCERELY APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

TRANSFER OF TITLE & RESPONSIBILITY
The utmost care is taken to ensure your order reaches you in good order. Once the items are delivered to the carrier, title and responsibility for items purchased pass to the purchaser. Reflexx.Me is not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. However, we will use our discretion to help our customers as much as possible to achieve a good outcome in any unfortunate circumstances that occur whilst your parcel is in the delivery system.

TAXES & CHARGES
Please note that your local import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay such charges.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or postal lockers. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the shipping address is valid and correct.

 

Returns & refunds

 

We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction money back guarantee.

RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you have 30 days to initiate a return and refund. To return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and our return postal address. Clearly mark your parcel with the RAN and address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee receipt of returned items, Reflexx.Me is not responsible for items lost by third party carriers.

For our own quality control purposes and to improve our products/services, we will also ask you why you wish to return the item, and request that all items be returned in “as new” condition with original packaging for quality inspection.

EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our product (hygiene reasons) and to ensure competitive pricing for our customers, we do not offer exchanges; we only offer refunds. However, we invite you to place a new order in place of exchanges.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment (no exceptions) as soon as possible.
